Howard Rushfirth

With over three decades of top-level design experience, Howard Rushfirth is the creative force behind Rushfirth Creative.

From his earliest days wielding a wax crayon, Howard's passion for design has been unwavering. He honed his craft at Leeds College of Art (now known as the Jacob Kramer College) from 1986 to 1989, where he immersed himself in the realms of graphic design and advertising.

Throughout his illustrious career, Howard has left an indelible mark on countless regional, national, and global brands. His diverse skill set spans a multitude of creative disciplines, from design and illustration to photographic retouching and digital artwork. Howard's legacy work stands as a testament to his boundless creativity and unwavering dedication to his craft.

Howard is the man to speak to at the outset of any creative brief to ensure that the resulting output is of the highest possible standard.

Kathryn Rushfirth

Kathryn's extensive experience in administration and management ensures the smooth operation of the business. Rather than following the traditional university route, Kathryn embarked on a career in the world of business at the age of eighteen.

Her journey began at Wm Morrisons Plc, where she quickly rose through the ranks, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills and analytical acumen. Kathryn's knack for streamlining processes and implementing efficient systems became her hallmark, leading to significant improvements in productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

In her role at Rushfirth Creative, Kathryn's personable demeanour and innate ability to communicate effectively serve as the cornerstone of the business. Together with her complementary skill set and unwavering dedication, Kathryn plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company.

Kathryn will generally be your first point of contact to discuss a new project or all things delivery and admin centric.

Kirsty Clark

Prior to joining the Rushfirth Creative team, Kirsty was a Police Community Support Officer in West Yorkshire, and thrived on engaging with the public, problem-solving, and fostering connections within diverse communities. 

Transitioning from the beat to the world of design, she earned her Graphic Design degree in 2013 from Leeds Arts University. Whilst on maternity leave she honed her skills enabling her to develop a small business creating pet illustrations for their owners. 

Her passion lies in connecting with people, learning their stories, and making meaningful connections and is delighted to be celebrating the completion of her first year with Rushfirth Creative.

Kirsty is responsible for the day-to-day output of the Rushfirth Creative studio, and is the person you need to speak to for an update on any ongoing projects.
